To open and save any file click on the gray box in the upper right corner of the file.

Players may be added to the sub list at any time.  Sub fee is $10 for the season (reduced to $5 after mid-season).

The above file can be used for your team's lineup.  Just fill in the top part and the same information is copied to the bottom part.

Change the date and print.  Enjoy.
